Composer and organist. He probably spent several years in the service of the Lord Chancellor, and was subsequently organist of Lichfield Cathedral. His works include church music and madrigals, and he was a contributor to The Triumphes of Oriana, the madrigal collection dedicated to Queen Elizabeth I in 1603. |
